My name is Yevheniia Subbotina. I am Ukrainian. I was born on 30th of March in 1994 in beautiful city Novomoskovsk, Dnipro region, Ukraine. I have obtained primary education at Novomoskosk’s Comprehensive School № 17 from 2001 to 2008 and then I transferred to the Novomoskovs’k Lyceum Samara, where I was studied on Maths and information technology department during September, 2008 – May, 2012. During 2012-2014 I have studied at the Taras Shevchenko National University at Chemistry Department. It was a time for me to understand what I really would like to do in my future – and it was writing and journalism.
I passed entry exams with and special competition for the journalists department – creative writing test. So, next 4 years I studied Mass Media, Mass Communication and International journalism at Oles Honchar Dnipro National University.
One of the most memorable/remarkable development/event in my life was participating in Global UGRAD Undergraduate Program. I had studied at Mass Communication Faculty at East Tennessee State University (USA), where I experienced volunteer activity in Johnson City, initiated Ukrainian Speaking Club, participated in the Workshops Program in Washington D.C. My friends and I launched a blog “Cultures all over the world”, YouTube Chanel “UGRAD family”, Major Project SlideShow, “SpringBreak with my best friends” which help us keep in touch till nowadays. I am passion about writing novels; the most significant are “Maria” (2014). ”The winners” (2015).
Nowadays, I am obtaining a Master Degree of Broadcasting and Digital Journalism International at University of East Anglia.
